Newspapers are regularly filled with mis-information and sensationalism concerning acrimonious spats between neighbours, some of which have ended up in Court. Will Minting, who is an experienced client representative in neighbourly matters will give a first-hand, behind-the-scenes assessment of some of the most high-profile construction nuisance disputes of the last 20 years, including Hiscox -v- Pinnacle, Jimmy Page & Robbie Williams, St James’s Palace, the French Ambassador’s Residence, James Corden, and more!
Will has specialised in Party Wall matters, construction nuisance and neighbourly law since completing his Master’s degree in 1996. He was a partner of Wilks Head & Eve LLP from May 2006 to August 2019 and editor of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club’s journal for 6 years from 2006. A frequently invited speaker on Party Wall Act matters, construction nuisance and town planning disputes, Will has been retained for many years by the Royal Household and the French Government in the United Kingdom.
