Patrick is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer based in London. He heads the Corporate Disputes and Investigations Team and was previously based in Dubai and head of Norton Rose Fulbright's Middle East business and dispute resolution practice.Patrick has skills in a number of practice areas such as Dubai International Financial Centre employment law.
Patrick is highly experienced in arbitration (ICC, LCIA, DIAC, UNCITRAL and ad hoc), commercial litigation and ADR, acting on construction, real estate, insolvency, fraud and banking cases. He also advises on all aspects of corporate governance and risk management. Patrick also sits as an arbitrator.
Patrick is English and Hong Kong qualified and has full rights of audience before the DIFC.
