In its recent 'Call for Evidence on Dispute Resolution in England and Wales' the MOJ expressed its ambition to mainstream non-adversarial dispute resolution mechanisms, so that resolving disagreements, proactively and constructively, becomes the norm. As a representative of many dispute resolution practitioners, and one of the foremost organisations involved in alternative dispute resolution, the CIArb will, of course, put in its evidence. This seminar will explore CIArb’s position, the approach in other jurisdictions and the impact on, and future for, dispute resolution practitioners.
