Join us for a hands-on Delay Analysis Workshop, where construction professionals will gain practical insights into delay analysis methodologies, enhancing their ability to assess and manage project delays effectively.

This half-day workshop will cover the following:-

• Planning fundamentals and concepts, including what makes a suitable programme,
• A look at principles of liability and entitlement (including a look at the SCL Delay Protocol),
• The pros and cons of different delay analysis methodologies,
• Interactively working through two delay analysis approach (planned vs as-built and time impact analysis).

Participants will gain practical insights into delay analysis methodologies and improve their ability to assess and manage project delays effectively.
