Are your Terms of Contract/Appointment now out of Date?

Date: Wednesday, 24 Feb 2016, 18:30 - 20:30 Location: The Holiday Inn - Maidenhead, Manor Lane, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 2RA Member cost: £0 (including VAT) Non-member cost: £0 (including VAT)

The RIBA, RICS & ACE terms of appointment and most standard Building Contracts are currently non-compliant with Statutory Regulations

The changes that came into force as a result of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 mean that most professionals’ and contractors’ terms of contract are probably no longer valid and may be illegal when your client is a Homeowner. As a consequence you may not be entitled to be paid.
