Adjudication for Contractors and Sub-Contractors

Keeping it Simple

A talk by Peter Phillippo

As Adjudication has developed as a means of dispute resolution it is fair to say the average Referral has become more complex and more costly to obtain a Decision. The perception is that this is always the case, but not so. Peter will consider:

  • How to keep the process succinct and focused,
  • How to keep both parties’ costs to a minimum, and
  • How to quickly and effectively obtain an enforceable Adjudicator’s Decision.

Peter will provide practical tips and advice for busy contractors and sub-contractors wishing to achieve their due entitlements in a straightforward way, after all, that was the intent of the ‘Construction Act’.
