A talk by

Jane Gunn FCIArb, FRSA, FPSA, CEDR accredited and IMI Certified Mediator

As a former lawyer, Jane’s mission is to help busy executives to collaborate effectively and experience the Magic of Conflict as they manage change, challenge and crisis in their organisations. If you are a Mediator, Arbitrator, CEO, Business Owner, Team Leader, Manager, or even just a Parent, how do you Walk the Talk in managing conflict?

  • Do you sometimes feel that conflict management is easier in theory than in practice?
  • Does the way you speak or behave in the heat of conflict match your best intentions?
  • How can you inspire others to manage conflict better at work and at home?

Jane will explore the challenges for all of us in role modelling best practice as we manage conflicts, both professionally and personally.

Jane is a highly sought after mediator, facilitator and speaker. She specialises in collaboration, cross-cultural communication and transforming business relationships. As a trained mediator and facilitator, she brings a diverse mix of skills, experience and insight that enable her to get people and groups with different priorities, incentives and ways of doing things, to work together successfully.

Jane is Chair of the Board of Management of CIArb, a former director and Board member of the Civil Mediation Council and a past president of the Professional Speaking Association of the UK and Ireland. She is also a member of the Advisory Committee to QUADRA in Italy.

She has been invited to speak at the United Nations, the White House, the European Commission and the International Energy Agency and has spoken at conferences and events all over the world.
